Our overarching goal is to ensure the Bicentennial takes center stage during the celebratory year as we gracefully sunset the “Fulfilling the Promise” tagline.
Owned media assets (e.g., “Fulfilling the Promise” references on IU websites) will be phased out during the 2019–20 academic year.
For paid media (e.g., billboards, print/digital ads), “Fulfilling the Promise” will cycle out as billboards, ads, and other channels are updated on their normal cycle.
Campus- or school-specific marketing materials
Any campus- or school-specific marketing materials (e.g., viewbooks) that reference “Fulfilling the Promise” can be updated on their normal cycle.
You do not need to include “Fulfilling the Promise” on any materials going forward, but may continue to use it during this transition year.
“Fulfilling the Promise” should be fully retired by the end of the FY20 academic year.
